A 6 hour workshop (excluding lunch break) for intermediate practitioners and up!
We will get into several types of icarian tricks with an in-depth foundation of drills, technique, safety and having fun
Depending on the participants we'll dive into more intermediate/advanced skills. For those interested we will also be able to offer guidance into how to teach icarian onwards to others.

Stabile ninjastar without spotter.
5 squats in star (non-touching spotter okay).
