We are happy to be continuing our weekly Tuesday Acroyoga classes Autumn 2025!

In 2026, we do not plan to offer classes, so now is a good time to join! ❤

You can expect a great, consistent group of amazing people and a supportive atmosphere, lots of fun, diverse warm-ups and of course - a stimulating all-round practice of Acroyoga from flows to drills, creative tasks, popping and the occasional standing base things. And cooling down with grounded and flying therapeutics.

We want to build a series of safe, progressive classes that take your acroyoga to the next level, while being a free space to practice as you are - tired, hyped up, happy, sad, injured or annoyingly strong like Noel - come as you are! We can build a great community together, and that requires everyone to take responsibility for their own practice and being open and honest about what you are bringing to the practice (Just what people need to know of course)

Classes will be with and without the notorious, the infamous - Hugo! And other kids when parents want to give acro + kid time a go.

DATES
We meet every Tuesday on the following times in weeks 34-49 except for week 42 / 14th Oct (Efterårsferie)
This means we start on 19th August and finish on 2nd December.

TIME
17:00-19:00 - Intermediate II Level - Prereqs: +1 year experience, flows like ninjastar and corkscrew.

(We'll continue the overlapping format, where both classes are present for 30 minutes, one warming up, the other cooling down.)
